Shipping policy

At Ritual-Zone, we are committed to shipping your order quickly, securely, and transparently.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days from the time of purchase.

  • Orders placed during weekends, holidays, or promotional events may require additional processing time.


2. Shipping Methods and Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

  • We offer multiple shipping options: Standard, Expedited, and Express shipping.

  • All shipments are handled through trusted carriers, including Israel Post for local deliveries and global logistics partners for international shipments.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated transit times vary depending on the shipping option selected and the delivery location:

  • Israel Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (via Israel Post)

  • Israel Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (via courier service)

  • International Standard Shipping: 7–21 business days (via postal services)

  • International Express Shipping: 3–7 business days (via express couriers)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including customs clearance, holidays, or unforeseen carrier delays.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after the package has been dispatched.


5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country.

  • These charges are not included in the shipping fees paid at checkout and are the customer's sole responsibility.

  • Ritual-Zone is not responsible for delays caused by customs or for any additional charges imposed during delivery.


6. Incorrect Addresses

It is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase.

  • Ritual-Zone is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges will apply for resending the package.


7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we work with reliable carriers, occasional delays or lost packages can occur.

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact the carrier first using your tracking information.

  • If further assistance is needed, contact us at support@ritual-zone.com, and we will do our best to assist you.


8. Non-Refundable Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are non-refundable, even if the order is returned, refused, or undeliverable.
Refunds apply only to the cost of returned merchandise, per our Return & Refund Policy.
