Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility
You have up to 14 days after receiving your order to request a return, in accordance with applicable global consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We do not cover or reimburse return shipping fees under any circumstances.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at support@ritual-zone.com without delay.
We will evaluate the issue and provide you with the appropriate resolution.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to obtain a different item, you must:

Complete the return process for the original item, and

Place a new, separate order for the desired item.
5. European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order was shipped to a destination within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
Returned items must still comply with the eligibility conditions outlined above.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued automatically to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
